Waynesboro men caught stealing auto parts

Police caught two men trying to leave a Washington Township business with a truck loaded with stolen auto parts. It happened Sunday morning on the 5100 block of Buchanan Trail. A caller spotted the suspects behind a business taking parts. An officer intercepted the men leaving in the truck. James Shifflet and James Shifflet Jr., are charged with theft and aiding in the planning of a crime. James Shifflet Jr. is also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.
