Two out of three ain’t bad.   Two of our three local high school basketball teams win their PIAA Semifinal games Tuesday Night and will play for the state championship on Friday Night at Giant Center.

Susquehanna Township’s boys defeated Central Valley 42-31 in a “AAA” semifinal.    The Indians will now face Neumann-Goretti in the championship at 8pm on Friday.

Cumberland Valley’s girls ran away from West Chester Rustin in the second half of their “AAAA” game at Warwick High School to advance.   The Eagles get a state title rematch with Spring-Ford on Friday Night in Giant Center at 6pm.

Palmyra’s girls lost their “AAA” semifinal to Blackhawk 49-41.
