Ex-husband charged in Lancaster City stabbing. It happened at about 10 o’clock this morning in the 600 block of West Vine Street. A woman suffered multiple stab wounds. The victim’s children were in the home during the assault.  The suspect fled the scene in a white Audi A4 sedan. Investigators identified Emmanuel Coreano, 26, as the suspect in the assault.

Following a lead on Coreano’s whereabouts, at about 11:20 am officers converged on a home on the 600 block of South Queen Street.  The white Audi was parked outside the home, but Coreano was not there.

At about 12:11 this afternoon Coreano was spotted walking along the first block of Conestoga Street just west of the entrance of County Park. He was taken into custody without incident.

Charges against Coreano include Criminal Attempt Homicide, Aggravated Assault and Burglary
