Carlisle Police announced they’ve made arrests in a home invasion and robbery case that happened on Stanwix Circle on March 7th, and they are still looking for a second suspect. Kevin Joseph Hartung is charged with Robbery, Simple Assault, Burglary, Criminal Conspiracy Burglary, Criminal Attempt Theft for his role in the crime.
Police have also arrested Jeanne L. Bear for the same incident.
