Dauphin County man faces charges for stealing from his grandparents

A Dauphin County man is facing charges after he allegedly stole money from his grandparents.

State police in Lykens say Robert Behney, 35, of Berrysburg is accused of taking more than $30,000 in cash from his 93 and 95-year-old grandparents.

He is being charged with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Behney allegedly took the money while he was acting as their power of attorney, police said. Behney allegedly used the money to buy heroin.

He was arrested and taken to Dauphin County Prison on $10,000 bail.

    When did they start making you have an id for a prepaid cell phone? My husband and I didn’t have to just walk in the store pay 19.00 and they activate it and off you go you have a phone.
