FINAL COUNTDOWN:  That’s right!  We’re hours away from the end of winter and the start of spring!  The weather will cooperate too.  Well, for a few days at least.  The vernal equinox is at 12:57PM today, ushering the start of spring.

MILD TREND:  Today, morning fog breaks and skies clear as a westerly breeze picks up through the day.  Highs will hit the low 50s, right on target with seasonal averages.  Friday starts chilly near freezing, with highs rebounding nicely into the middle 50s!  Enjoy more sunshine too.  Saturday, it’s even warmer with temperatures nearing 60° under partly sunny skies!  It comes with a price though.

WINTER IS BACK:  Spring warmth is short lived my friends.  We see a cold front pass Saturday night, ushering a cool down for the next few days.  Sunday, we’re breezy and in the middle 40s with clouds slowly breaking.  Monday, we’re mostly sunny but cold with highs only in the upper 30s.  Mid-week features more clouds and a coastal system bringing us the shot of snow showers and more 30s for highs.  Stay tuned!  We’ll keep you up to speed.

Happy Spring and make it a terrific Thursday!
