A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Eric Schelmety.
Police say Schelmety went to the Phineas Davis Elementary School because he was upset about a bullying issue he said wasn’t being addressed.
Officers say he became irate and threatened to murder and shoot people.
He was arrested, but as soon as he made bail he went back to the school.
Police say once he got into the lobby he began smashing windows and breaking things.
He threw a vacuum cleaner through the office window and staff and students took cover.
