MILD WITH MORNING SHOWERS

Clouds continue to quickly thicken before sunrise throughout the Lower Susquehanna River Valley Wednesday morning. As a weak cold front passes through, we’re looking at the chance for some showers, so don’t leave the door without the umbrella this morning. The front clears by the early afternoon, so sunshine begins to build back into the area. It’s another mild day, with highs reaching the upper 50s to lower 60s throughout the area. Overnight, skies remain partly to mostly cloudy. A few sprinkles or a light shower is possible close to daybreak. Lows fall into the upper 30s to lower 40s.

STAYING SOGGY

A warm front keeps conditions showery for Thursday. It’s sends ripples of scattered showers across the area. This makes it much wetter than Wednesday. Friday, its adjacent cold front approaches and moves through late in the day, keeping rain in the forecast. Highs are in the lower 50s Thursday and Friday.

WEEKEND BREAK

Skies dry out just in time for the weekend! Saturday a few passing clouds are expected, with temperatures back up into the middle to upper 50s. Sunday brings plenty of blue skies, and high temperatures peaking into the 60s. Our next system doesn’t arrive until Monday, bringing the chance for showers. A few could linger into next Tuesday.

Have a great Wednesday!
