Lower Paxton Township Police are investigating a possible child luring attempt. It happened around 8:40am in the 200 block of Lopax Road.   An eight year-old girl was walking to her bus stop. The girl’s mother was following behind her, at a distance of about twenty to thirty feet. A red Jeep Cherokee, reportedly a mid-1990’s model, with two males inside pulled up to the girl and rolled down the window. When the mother saw this she ran towards her daughter and the Jeep took off.  The girl reported that one of the occupants had said: “Come on…come here.”

The suspects are only described as white males with short haircuts.
