Harrisburg police arrested a man after a stand-off early Thursday morning.
Officers were attempting to serve a warrant along the 2300 block of North 3rd Street when 27-year-old Jody Spinks refused to cooperate with police.
Police could see Spinks on the second floor of the residence. When officers entered the residence they observed evidence of firearms in the home.
Spinks is wanted on simple assault and theft charges. Police took Spinks into custody without incident.
