Manheim Borough Police arrest on a Columbia Borough man on child sexual assault charges. The arrest, Theodore G. Fisher, Sr., 68, follows an investigation that began in September 2013. The victim told investigators of inappropriate touching by Fisher between 1995 and 1997 when the victim was between 9 and 11 years old. The offenses happened at Fisher’s home.
Charges against Fisher include one count of Corruption of Minors and 5 counts of Indecent Assault. Following arraignment Fisher was released on $40,000 unsecured bail.
