The live in girl friend of the Lancaster City man facing sexual assault charges involving a 15 year girl from Chicago has also been charged. According to a criminal complaint, Heather Marie Orlando, 23, accompanied Alex Ramos-Pacheco to Chicago to pickup the teen. She and Ramos-Pacheco, according to a witness, had been communicating with the juvenile via iPhone and PS3 Game console. The witness also said that the couple would engage in sexual acts while watching girl perform sex acts on herself as well.
During an interview last Monday, Orlando admitted that she had traveled to Chicago with Ramos-Pacheco to pickup the girl and bring her back to Lancaster for the purpose of engaging in sexual acts. She told investigators that she watched Ramos-Pacheco perform a sexual act on the juvenile. She also said that she heard Ramos-Pacheco having sexual intercourse with the juvenile.
Charges against Orlando include Aggravated Indecent Assault, Criminal Conspiracy, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Corruption of Minors and Unlawful Contact of Minors,
Following arraignment, Orlando was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail. Alexander Ramos-Pacheco remains in Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $500,000.00
