Police in Lancaster County seek three suspects from Ephrata wanted on retail theft charges. Ephrata Borough Police responded at 2:32 am Thursday to a call at a convenience store in the 500 block of West Main Street.  A patron had found the store open but no one was there.

Store management were summoned and with police reviewed store surveillance video. The video revealed the on duty night shift clerk, identified as Brittany Lee Taylor, 23, and two friends, identified as Anthony Joseph D’uva, 25 and Damion Lee Good, 24, removing $12,590 worth of merchandise from the store without paying.  The merchandise included cigarettes, smokeless tobacco products, health and beauty products, automotive fluids, and food.

Borough police have arrest warrants charging the three suspects with Retail Theft, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Conspiracy. Family and friends of the suspects are known to live in Ephrata and Manheim Boroughs, Luzerne County and Beachwood, New Jersey.  Anyone with information on the whereabouts Taylor, D’uva and Good are asked to contact Ephrata Police at (717) 733-8611.
