Carlisle police and the Cumberland County Task Force arrest two people who are accused of dealing heroin.
Steven Williford, 21, of Mount Holly Springs, was arrested on March 28 and charged with delivery of heroin and attempted delivery of heroin.
Williford is being held on a $25,000 bail in Cumberland County prison.
Stephanie Statler, 28, of Carlisle, was arrested on March 22 on two counts of heroin delivery. She is also in Cumberland County prison with a $50,000 bail.
