Amazon says it has started a program called the ” Pay to Quit ” program in which it offers workers at its fulfillment centers between $2,000 to $5,000 dollars to quit.
The chief executive says the company hopes its workers won’t quit, but it wants to give them the option. The goal is to encourage workers to take a moment and that about what they really want in the long-run regarding their careers.
