Update: Police in Lancaster investigate deadly overnight crash

State police are investigating a deadly overnight crash in Lancaster County.

According to police, 23-year-old Vincent Troupe of East Earl Township, was traveling south on Route 625  around 2:27 a.m. Wednesday when he lost control and crashed his vehicle.

The vehicle did overturn multiple times before coming to a rest up side down in black creek police said.

Officials originally said no one was inside the vehicle when they arrived. The coroner was called to the scene.

Troupe was found in the creek and the coroner pronounced him dead at the scene around 5:00 a.m.

Police said he was not wearing his seat-belt and it is unknown if he was using his cell phone at the time of the crash.
