Dover man charged in series of copper piping thefts

West Shore Regional Police charge a York County man in a series of copper piping thefts.  Jeremiah Michael Todd, 34, of Dover, faces charges in five incidents in Lemoyne Borough, Cumberland County since February 20th.  In each incident, the suspect forced entry into vacant homes and removed copper piping from the basement.

Charges against Todd include five counts of Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition and Receiving Stolen Property.  Todd is being held in Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for later this month.
