The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrest a York City man wanted on a kidnapping charge.  Last month Mark Lee, Jr., 28, had been involved in a domestic incident in the 200 block of West Cottage Place.  Lee fled the scene before police arrived. It was discovered that Lee had an open felony drug warrant.

Police believe that Lee kidnapped the victim and forced the victim to drive him away to avoid him being arrested. Lee eventually jump out of the vehicle and ran away in the area of Kurtz and South Newberry Streets.  An arrest warrant for Lee was issued on March 28th charging him with Kidnapping to Facilitate a Felony, Kidnap to Inflict Injury/Terror, Unlawful Restraint and Harassment.

York City Police asked the the U.S. Marshals Service on April 22 to assist in locating Lee. Earlier today, Lee  was taken into custody with incident in the 900 block of West Poplar Street.
