Right now Eliza O’Neill is a fun loving 4-year-old who loves to sing, run and MOST of all, cuddle. But she has been diagnosed with a rare terminal genetic disease called Sanfilippo Syndrome-Type A.
This disease will rob her of the ability to talk, walk, and even feed herself in a few short years. Eliza and her family have a hope though -there is a gene therapy trial that could stop this disease in its tracks overnight!
