York County Prison Guard arrested for selling drugs

A York County Prison employee was arrested for selling drugs.

On April 9, Fairview Township Police say Marino Magaro, 24, of the 500 block of Ravenwood Drive in Mechanicsburg, was arrested after he sold marijuana to an undercover police officer. During the investigation Magaro was found in possession of various quantities of marijuana, crack cocaine, and other of drugs.

Magaro was charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Magaro was arraigned and was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
