Police are investigating a deadly accident in Fairview Township.
Officers say Richard Kane, 35, of Millersburg was riding his motorcycle traveling south along the 200 block of Old York Road in York County just after 9 p.m. Friday. For unknown reasons, Kane crossed the center yellow line and slammed into a Dodge pick up truck. The pick up truck was driven by Michael Yinger of New Cumberland.
Police say Kane was pronounced dead at the scene.
