A Department of Homeland Security agent files charges against a 19 year old Carlisle man with possession of child pornography and abusive sexual contact with a 12 year old child.
Zackary Adam Knight, was taken into custody this morning at the Army War College, Carlisle Barracks. Following arraignment Knight was ordered detained due to the seriousness of the alleged offenses and to resolve questions about his future fixed address.
