Police in Lancaster County charge a Leola man for vehicle theft. Frederick Cecilio Sisneros, 42, was arrest early Sunday morning while allegedly stealing a car in the first block of Holly Drive in the area of the Olde Leacock Village development.
East Lampeter Township Police also say Sisneros was found to be in possession of stolen property that was taken during a theft from vehicle incident in the first block of Quarry Road prior to the car theft.
Charges against Sisneros include Theft by Unlawful Taking and Theft from a Motor Vehicle. Following arraignment Sisneros was sent to Lancaster County Prison. Police say additional charges against Sisneros may follow.
