A 55-year-old man died early Monday after going into cardiac arrest while driving in Franklin County.
Richard E. Wolff, of St. Thomas, was heading south along the first block of St. Thomas Edenville Road when he went into cardiac arrest, according to police reports. Wolff’s vehicle went off the road and hit a garage.
Investigators said Wolff died from the medical emergency, not the crash.
