LEXINGTON, N.C. – Chris Logan and Kerri Conley were shocked when a social worker came to their home with pictures of red marks on their son Allen’s arms and wrists. Allen is 10-years-old and has disabilities including autism according to our sister station FOX8.
When the social worker asked to look around their home, “I felt so violated… We had no clue what they were talking about. When he left for school that morning everything was fine,” Kerri Conley said.
An investigation uncovered video from the boy’s school bus that Logan said was difficult to watch, “The bus driver stops the bus, walks back there and you can see her get into his seat and you can see her pulling up like she’s tying shoe laces. You can see what looks like to be scarves.”
