Employee charged with arson in UPS dumpster fire

A Palmyra man is charged with deliberately setting last March’s fire at the UPS terminal site in the 1800 block of Swatara Township.  The fire began just 9 o’clock on Saturday March 22, in a large plastic dumpster along the side of a storage building.

Investigators accuse 31 year old Thaddeus Austin, of setting the fire. Austin who was employed by UPS is charged with one count of Arson.
