Remaining hospitalized victim in Pittsburgh area high school stabbing now in fair condition

pittsburghstabbingThe only victim still hospitalized after last month’s stabbing at a Pittsburgh area high school has been moved out of intensive care and is in fair condition.

15-year-old Greg Keener was among 20 students and a security guard hurt last month at Franklin Regional High School.

The sophomore went back into Intensive care on May 4th but doctors have not said why.

Yesterday they said he was moved to a step down unit.

It’s not known when he might get to go home.

Police say 16 year old Alex Hribal stabbed his fellow classmates with a pair of 8 inch kitchen knives during the rampage at the school.

He is facing several charges including attempted homicide.
