Three charged in motel room invasion and robbery

Police in Lancaster County charge three suspects, two men and a woman, in a motel room invasion and robbery. It happened at about 3:30 am on April 4th at the Super 8 Hotel in the 2100 block of Lincoln Highway East, East Lampeter Township.

Township police the two male suspects forced their way into a third room occupied by a female and her male associate. The suspects physically attacked the female and ransacked the room. The victim’s cell phones and some cash were stolen.

Investigators determined that the female suspect helped to plan the robbery and assisted in the escape of the male suspects. Police say the suspects knew that the female victim had been engaging in prostitution at the hotel to support her heroin addiction and targeted her for the cash.

Their investigation led to the arrest of Brandon Lee Galette, 20, of Harrisburg, Daryl Dion Walker, 19, of Harrisburg, and Raeann Nicole Horne, 18, of Chambersburg.  Charges against the trio include Robbery, Criminal Conspiracy to commit Robbery, Simple Assault and Theft by Unlawful Taking or Deposition.

Following arraignment Galette and Walker were sent to Dauphin County Prison. Horn was sent to Lancaster County Prison.
