CHINA- According to the description on YouTube a one-year-old boy is believed to have climbed onto a window ledge during a heavy thunderstorm, looking for his mother.
Mr. Li, a resident of Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City of Guangdong Province saw the boy and hurried across the road hoping to catch the falling baby. A second resident Mr. Hu, as seen in the surveillance video footage, also rushed over to help.
