In Croydon, strong winds brought down a tree.
It just missed Laila Colvin’s home.
She said, “We were about to eat dinner and then my mom was in the living room and she saw it happen. She heard the whole thing and she was like oh, come here.”
The storm also hit northeast Philadelphia, where it caused traffic delays and power outages.
