STUFFY & STORMY:  The summer feel is here.  Temps roll up to the middle 80s today with humidity peaking in the muggy category.  Expect mostly cloudy skies with scattered showers and thunderstorms around midday with another batch toward evening which may be a bit potent.  The showers and storms end by tonight.  Lows drop to the middle 60s.  Wednesday is partly cloudy and warm still with lower humidity.  Highs are near 80°.

NEXT STORMS:  Wednesday, severe storms break out over the Ohio Valley.  These storms will press eastward into Wednesday night.  As the storms enter our area, we expect them to quickly weaken, but a few may maintain strong to severe limits.  Expect showers and storms overnight Wednesday into Thursday morning.  Most activity should taper by the afternoon.  Highs Thursday hit upper 70s.

A batch of potent storms will roll in overnight Wednesday.

WEEKEND:  Friday looks seasonably warm with low humidity.  Highs are nearing 80°.  It’s mostly sunny.  Saturday, high pressure helps keep us dry with storms shunted south of PA.  Another mostly sunny and warm day ensues with highs near 80°.  Sunday, clouds increase and temperatures return to the middle 80s.  Storms are possible late as the next system approaches bringing showers and storms for Monday.

Have a great Tuesday.
