UPDATE:Man wanted for sexual assault in Penbrook arrested

A man wanted for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Penbrook has been arrested, police said.

David Brooks, 52, was taken into custody around 11 p.m. on Thursday.

Brooks is awaiting arraignment on charges of rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault, according to online court documents.
