A 47-year-old woman is shot in the chest after a fight breaks out at a get together along the 1200 block of Lehman Street in Lebanon.

Police were called to the scene for a disturbance and shots fired just before 5 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived on scene, officers discovered Milagros Corbin was having a get together at her house when an argument broke out. The argument spilled out into the street, when one person pulled out a gun and started firing multiple shots.

Corbin, who was standing outside at the time, was struck in the chest by a bullet. She is receiving treatment for her injuries and is expected to survive police said.

Following investigation, police have identified 20-year-old Francisco Daniels of Lebanon, as the shooter. Daniels is now being charged with criminal attempt to commit homicide, aggravated assault, and recklessly endangering.

Daniels is not in police custody, but police do have a warrant out for his arrest.

Investigation is ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to contact Lebanon City Police department.
