Man stabbed during fight outside a bar in Lancaster

Police are investigating a situation where two men got into a fight outside a bar and one of them ended up stabbed in the arms multiple times.

Lancaster City Police say it happened  around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, police were responding to a fight occurring at Prince of Subs at 147 S. Prince Street. While officers were in route to the scene they received another call that a stabbing victim had just arrived at Lancaster General Hospital.

Upon investigation officers learned that the stabbing victim had gotten into an argument with an unknown Hispanic male inside Prince of Subs. When the argument  turned heated, it moved outside where the two men started physically fighting.

According to police, sometime during the fight, the victim was stabbed multiple times in the arms. Prince of Subs staff were able to break the fight up before the suspect ran off.

The victim was released from the hospital sometime later in the day.
