Dozens of people were dancing for a good cause this weekend!
Body Rhythms Life Fitness and the York Revolution joined forces again for the 4th Annual Zumbathon Event.
All the money raised through Zumbathon ticket sales and t-shirt sales will go to the Cancer Center of York which helps cancer patients as they go through treatment.
“If they have problems with paying their day to day expenses, this money will go directly towards electricity and rent and things like that,” said Michael Dietz, the manager of Body Rhythms Life Fitness.
Following the Zumbathon, cancer survivors enjoyed free admission to the Rev’s game as well as a 2014 cancer survivor day t-shirt.
