The L. Ron Hubbard Achievements Awards celebrate writers and illustrators of the future.  Each year, the best writers artists are honored at a Hollywood Gala in Los Angeles.  This year one of the top wining artists is from Carlisle.  Cassandre Bolan tells us about her award.
