Feds charge Carlisle man with child pornography at U.S. Army War College

A federal grand jury in Harrisburg indicts a Carlisle man living at the U.S. Army War College with four separate counts of child exploitation.  Zachary Adam Knight, 19, is charged with Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Minor, Production of Child Pornography, Distribution of Child Pornography, and Possession of Child Pornography.

The crimes were allegedly committed at the Army War College barracks. Knight was taken into custody on May 9th by agents with the Homeland Security Investigations inter-agency child exploitation task force.

Following a detention hearing, Knight was ordered held pending further proceedings. If convicted Knight faces a maximum sentence of life in prison and fines up to one million dollars.
