A 32-year-old man is robbed at gunpoint after having a brief conversation with his robber.
According to Harrisburg City Police, the robbery occurred in the 200 block of Cumberland Street just after 4:00 a.m. The victim told police he was approached by a black male and began having a conversation with him. During the conversation, police said the suspect pulled out a gun, pointed it at the victim and demanded his property.
The victim handed over some of his belongings before the suspect ran away. Police later identified the suspect as 19-year-old Keion Griffin, of Harrisburg.
Griffin was located inside a store a few blocks away from where the robbery happened along with some of the victims belongings police said.
Griffin is now being charged with armed robbery.
