One person is dead following a motorcycle crash in Lancaster County Saturday night.
State police in Lancaster said the victim was traveling along Twin County Road around 9:20 p.m. when he lost control of his motorcycle. He crossed the center line before he tipped over and was hit by an oncoming car.
Officials say the motorcycle slid about 80 feet and the victim slid about 30 feet on the pavement. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are still investigating and have not released the identity of the victim pending notification of next of kin.
