Reward offered for man who fired shots outside Lancaster bar

Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers needs help finding a man who fired a gun several times after a bar fight. It happened on Tuesday June 3, 2014 around 2:15am. A fight started inside the Shamrock Bar, 312 West Walnut Street.
Witnesses say the combatants left the bar separately. One of the them, later identified as Sabron Jemal Blackman, went to a vehicle and retrieved a semi-automatic handgun. Witnesses say Blackman fired seven shots in the direction of the man he had been fighting inside the bar. Both Blackman and the intended victim left the area in separate vehicles.
As a result of this incident,  Blackman was charged with Persons not to Possess Firearms, Carrying Firearm Without a License, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. The charges were filed before MDJ Roth. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Blackman.

Blackman, 26, is descrided as being about 5’7 and 160 pounds.
