Police say a man was arrested for indecent exposure after he was caught masturbating while watching children in the pool area of a Swatara Township hotel.
Daniel Deeley, 57, is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and loitering and prowling at night.
The alleged incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. on April 9 at the Marriott Town Place Suites located along the 400 block of Friendship Road. Police arrived at the hotel and caught Deeley in the act. While he was begin taken into custody police noted Deeley was wearing a baseball cap with a wig attachment.
Charges were filed against Deeley on June 12.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 16.
