Police are looking for the suspect who attempted to rob a 70-year-old man at knife-point in Lebanon City on Tuesday night. The victim told investigators he was walking west on East Chestnut Street around 9:44 p.m. when a man approached him from behind, pressed an unknown object on his shoulder and said, “give me everything you got.”
The 70-year-old man turned around and saw a knife in the man’s hand. He ran to a nearby home with a porch light on and called 911.
The suspect was last seen fleeing east on East Chestnut then north on 4th Avenue.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5’10”, 150 pounds wearing a red hat and dark pants.
The victim was not hurt during the attempted robbery.
