Sabron Blackman was wanted for a June 3 shooting incident outside the Shamrock Bar on the 300 block of West Walnut Street. Blackman allegedly fired several shots at a man he had been fighting with inside the bar.  Police obtained a warrant charging Blackman with two firearms violations and recklessly endangering another person.
Blackman surrendered at the city police station on Thursday. Following arraignment he was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
A second suspect featured in Crime Stoppers is also in police custody. Oge Philogene was wanted by Lancaster City Police for simple assault and violation of a PFA.  He was also wanted on two bench warrants for receiving stolen property and delivery of a controlled substance from the county sheriff’s office. Philogene was arrested on Thursday by U.S. Marshals in Philadelphia.
