Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a missing Perry County woman who has not been seen since February.
Joan L. Hinds, 75, of 1633 Lower Bailey Rd., Newport, was last seen on Feb. 18, according to police reports.
Hinds’ family members told state police they have had no contact with her for about 2 years.
Investigators describe her as a white female, 5’4″, weighing approximately 100 pounds, blue eyes, and grey hair.
