Five charged with cocaine, marijuana possession in Lancaster

Humberto Colon Jr., 29, who had an outstanding warrant for Indirect Criminal Contempt for violating a PFA, was spotted in front of a home in the 600 block of Columbia Avenue at about 7:41 pm by Officer Ryan Work.  Work along with other officers took Colon into custody without incident.  Colon had a .22 caliber silver revolver tucked into his waistband and 2 grams of powder cocaine, packaged in six small individual baggies in his pants pocket.

Inside the home officers noticed Ashlee Martinez, 21, attempting to discard a bag containing 15 grams of cocaine.  She was also found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Three other people were also inside the home.  Charles Thomas, 33, was found to be in possession of about 8 grams of cocaine.  Ednid Rivera, 29, and Diana Diaz-Sanchez were each found to be in possession of a small amount of cocaine and marijuana.

Charges against Colon include Persons not toPossess a Firearm, Possession of Cocaine and Drug Paraphernalia.

Martinez and Thomas, are eacj charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine and Drug Paraphernalia.

Diaz-Sanchez is charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.   Rivera is charged with Possession of Cocaine and Drug Paraphernalia.

Colon, Martinez and Thomas were last reported being held for arraignment. Diaz-Sanchez and Rivera will be issued summons.
