U.S. Marshals arrest New Jersey murder fugitive in Lebanon

usmarshalsU.S. Marshals arrest a murder fugitive from New Jersey in Lebanon. Laquan Shaw, 21, was wanted for a murder that happened in August 2013 in Camden County.  The remains of the victim weren’t discovered until December 2013. Shaw was identified as a suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest last week.

Acting upon a request by the Camden County Police Department, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force determined that Shaw had fled to Pennsylvania. He was taken into custody this morning without incident in the 500 block of Spring Street in Lebanon City. Shaw is being held pending extradition to New Jersey.
