He fought his way through painful injuries during the 2013 season at Penn State.   Tuesday, Dallastown grad Ben Kline suffers a serious blow to his college football career when he tears his achilles tendon during workouts on Tuesday.   The injury will force him to miss the 2014 entire season for the Nittany Lions.   It is a painful injury and a long recovery of nine to twelve months.   Coach James Franklin has praised Kline for his off the field leadership skills.   This setback thins out the returning group of linebackers.   Kline suffered a torn pectoral muscle and underwent shoulder surgery as well after last season.
