Harrisburg City Police make an arrest in last month’s homicide of Daylynn Smith. Smith’s body was found lying on Hanover Street suffering from a gunshot at around 10:30 pm on June 3rd, near row 39 at the Hall Manor complex. He died later at the hospital.
Investigators have charged Johnny Collins, 21, with Homicide in Smith’s death. Charges against Collins, already being held in Dauphin County Prison on unrelated charges, include Criminal Homicide and Carrying a Firearm without a License.
