A fatal crash has shutdown westbound traffic on Route 30 in Manchester Township, York County. It happened at about 3:30 pm this afternoon at the intersection of Arsenal Road(Route 30) and Toronita Street near the Round Clock restaurant.
A car became wedged beneath a flatbed tractor trailer trapping the driver. The county coroner was called to the scene. No word on when the roadway will reopen.
