Man wanted in connection with Erica Klinger disappearance arrested in Harrisburg

The man wanted in connection with a missing Cumberland County woman is arrested tonight in Harrisburg.  Luis Lugo-Davila was spotted by police in the area of South 13th and Paxton Streets just before 7 o’clock this evening.  When officers approached Lugo-Davila attempted to run away but was captured after a short foot chase.

Lugo-Davila was turned over to Pennsylvania State Police on a warrant for Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Flight to Avoid Apprehension. Lugo-Davilla and his girlfriend Mara Lara were seen on June 17th driving the car belonging to Erica Klinger. Klinger has been missing since leaving her job on June 8.

Lara was taken into custody when State Police stopped the car but Lugo-Davila managed to elude capture until tonight. Lugo-Davila  is in Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $500,000 bail.
